Description
Mostly footpaths, quiet road and a small amount of pavement next to road.
From the car park we take the Ridgeway from Tring Park to Tring Station. We take footpaths to Toms Hill and Norcott Hill, cross the Grand Union Canal and Cow Roast and stop for refreshment at the Community Cafe in Wigginton at about 12pm. It's about half an hour's walk back to the Woodlands Trust Carpark from Wick Road and through Tring Park.
Prepare
Dress appropriately for the weather, please bring water to drink and you may wish to bring a small rucksack to carry a raincoat and removed clothing. Footwear needs to be grippy.
Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome and will need to be on a lead in some locations.
